The availability and caliber of research infrastructure are essential for ensuring that research is of the highest caliber. Researchers require the proper tools, administrative procedures, and human resources to tackle complicated challenges. Infrastructure is the backbone of supporting cutting-edge research in a high-quality research environment. To support our expanding portfolio of world-class research, TIU must make sure that we have the ideal mix of professional people and access to infrastructure over the next five years.

Action 1:
TARGETED INVESTMENT TOWARD ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND AN AGILE RESEARCH SUPPORT SYSTEM
1. Create and manage a plan for your research infrastructure. The Infrastructure Plan will prioritize our investment in and support for research infrastructure over the next five years while recognizing the importance of physical, electronic, and human capital infrastructure.
2. Create and uphold access arrangements with other institutions for significant infrastructural, animal, clinical, sporting, and other facilities of a high international standard for our researchers.
3. Take part in national programs that offer technology tools to advance and aid researchers.
4. Create a platform that will allow our researchers to exchange, analyze, store, and access research data.

Action 2:
GIVE RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE HIGH LEVEL COORDINATION, GOVERNANCE, AND SUPPORT.
1. Call an emergency meeting of the TIU University Research Committee to manage the creation, execution, and budgetary allocations of the Research Infrastructure Plan.
2. Utilize research block grants along with a contribution from the university to help implement the research infrastructure plan.
3. To ensure efficiency and effectiveness, we should improve our research governance structure, taking into account ethics, research training, infrastructure, and research matters more generally
