Values: The foundation of the TIU Research Center is built upon six guiding concepts.

  •  Leadership: Leaders assemble resources, ideas, and people. We uncover possibilities to maximize the research capability by identifying
    common interests.
  • Dedication: Our success is largely due to the excitement, energy, anddedication of our team. We are dedicated to upholding a supportive, collaborative research atmosphere that makes the best use of our
    abilities, qualities, and interests.
  • Inclusiveness: Research should incorporate all forms of information, especially indigenous and local knowledge, to be inclusive. In our work, we actively incorporate many viewpoints and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: The TIU Research Center looks for chances to establish alliances at the regional, international, and local levels. To advance shared priorities, share ideas, and make the best use of resources, we collaborate with our partners.
  • Discovery and innovation: The TIU Research Center aspires to provide an environment that fosters learning and discovery and supports innovation.
  • Communication: For research to be useful, it must be shared. We actively seek out opportunities to share the methodology and findings of our study and exhort others to do the same.
